Service at NSCSO
I am responsible…
When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help,
I want the hand of A.A. always to be there.
And for that I am responsible.
Service work is Step 12 work, pure and simple.
Many of us have found such work to be of profound benefit in our own personal recoveries and heartily recommend it to all.
NSCSO provides many practical opportunities for AA members to practice the 12th step either in direct contact with the still suffering alcoholic or doing the perhaps less glamorous but just as important support and administrative roles that make it all happen.
Are you a year sober? Please volunteer once a month for the 24/7 Helpline, contact office@nscso.com.au
